Chablis Blanchot Grand Cru 2020, Louis Jadot - Case of 6

One of our favourite Chablis, it's located on the hill on the right side of Le Serein river, within 1km further south from the Vaudesir parcel. Thanks to its position on a slope with eastern exposition and ageing in oak for 15 to 18 months, Blanchot Grand Cru has a strong, full-bodied character, with plenty of weight and rich texture on the palate.  This very elegant Chablis is bursting with white flowers and stone fruits aromas. Round and subtle on the palate, this wine has a long finish with a stony character and a fresh acidity that leaves you wanting more.  Time on its side.
