Churchill Agua Alta Single Quinta Vintage Port 1996

MWH Wines: 1996 was a good year in Port but it wasn't widely declared.  This single quinta wine (a wine from a single property that's destined for Vintage Port in declared years) came from a Vintage Port year and is an excellent wine for enjoying now. Tawny, nutty, sweetly spiced and with good quantities of strawberry, bramble and raspberry fruit that are Churchill Port's signatures in maturity. This is now at its drinking peak and offers wonderful value for money.
