One of the best known and finest of the Chablis 1er Crus, this has a typically fresh, steely and mineral character together with the lovely weight and intensity that the best 1er Cru vineyards bring to the wine.  Elegant and precise, yet powerful and complex, this coming to its peak and revealing notes of green apples, kiwi, white peaches, steely acidity and a good shot of oyster shell to the finish.
