Taylor's 1992 Vintage Port. This is a legendary wine that is fit to rank with the 1945, 1955, 1963, and 1970. Drinking magnificently now, it has time on its side.
'It possesses awesome fruit, marvelous intensity, and lavish opulence, all brilliantly well-delineated by the wine's formidable structure. This monumental 30-50 year port is a must purchase for port aficionados!' 100/100 Robert Parker
Falstaff: Deep, almost opaque purple in colour. Intense black berry fruit, underpinned with a peppery savouriness. Dark cherries alongside hints of liquorice. Dense and taut on the palate, classic in style with a perfect texture and fine but massive tannins. Hints of blackberries and cherries develop. A great wine of unheard of length, now beginning to reach its initial drinking maturity but with many decades ahead of it. 100/100
